In order to qualify you must meet the following requirements:
  • You must spend at least two hours (total) using our practice sessions prior to taking the test
  • You must answer at least 200 questions (total) in our practice sessions prior to taking the test
  • You must complete at least one exam in our exam simulator and score 85% or higher prior to taking the test
  • You must submit your refund request within 60 days of your purchase to qualify for the refund

To request a refund you must email a copy of your official exam printout from the test center indicating that you did not pass to support@exameducation.com. Please include your username and the word Refund in the subject line.
